    I found an add on craigslist for an available house to rent. The description was vague but there was a number to call or text. I texted my interest and got a response to meet at the property on a specific day and time. My husband and I arrived on time and nobody else showed. After waiting over 30 minutes I texted the number to which the individual replied they had forgotten and was now on their way. The individual rushed us through and didn't offer any information up voulentarily. We were informed by the individual that they was late for a meeting but if we went to her office we'd be given a list of available rental properties. The list was also vague. We were told to text the individual later that evening with the houses we wanted to see and we would be shown the following day. I did so. Ninety minutes before our appointment, the following day, I texted the individual (because they were so late previously) to make sure our appointment was still set. The reply I received told me we would not be shown any houses until we applied through their agency because this peeson didnt want to waste their time. I don't know if they didn't believe we were serious about renting, or that they though we didn't have money (we were dressed in work clothes). One thing is for certain that because of their unprofessionalism and rudness they missed out on renting to the CEO of a local manufacturing company (I say that to say we would have qualified!). From start to finish this company showed us their unprofessionalism and incompetence. We would never use New Horizons nor would we ever recommend them to others.

    Went to State Swim Meet, the pool was nice, but the stands were unbearable HOT! They need to update the HVAC in there... I am sup prised no-one stroked out.
